be still

kadang-kadang orang kalo lagi ribet suka bikin keadaan justru tambah kusut.
they think alot. negative things most of the time. and when that happens, the mind usually form a snowball of thoughts. getting bigger and bigger, more and more negative.
and instead of sitting in silence, stand still, and let the negative ball of thoughts melt away, they do silly stuffs. trashing other people and curse life.
for them i usually give this fave quote of mine :

It is not necessary that you leave the house. Remain at your table and listen. Do not even listen, only wait. Do not even wait, be wholly still and alone. The world will present itself to you for its unmasking, it can do no other, in ecstasy it will writhe at your feet.
